Amelia Messenger

I would highly recommend Amelia for any niche/hard to fill property roles. She communicates efficiently and effectively, delivering relevant candidates every time. She has recently supported us with finding a Partner to lead our Lease Advisory team in Birmingham, and the whole process from start to finish was smooth and professional. Amelia was quick to action, friendly, and always understanding. Once again, a massive thank you from myself and the wider team for your support, it is greatly appreciated.

Amelia is highly recommended to provide an efficient, professional service. This applies to both her clients in understanding the requirements of the role and to candidates to ensure the synergy to their skill sets. Amelia kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring regular communication and maintaining the momentum in progressing the position. She was also very prompt in responding on the occasion that she was unable to be reached. Amelia is a credit to Beach Baker and is sure to exceed any expectations.

Dear Amelia, Thank you for your introduction of Luke Epps to our business which resulted in a successful placement last month.
Your service was outstanding, starting from our initial telephone conversation, through arranging interviews, helping to draft the outline job specification and providing expert guidance on all aspects of the recruitment process.
You handled the requirements of both parties with great sensitivity, efficiency and clarity.
As a result, the objectives of both ourselves and Luke were quickly aligned and terms agreed without fuss.
Luke has made an extremely good start to his career with our firm and we are very grateful for your contribution. He is the perfect fit for our business and we couldn’t have done it without you!
Please keep in touch and many thanks again for your expert guidance and professionalism.

I cannot thank Ameila and the Beach Baker team enough for their support. The communication level and quality was superb and I was always kept up to date on proceedings. I felt that Amelia was in full control of the recruitment process and that she was driving things to ensure that all parties were happy with the conclusion. Ameila was very professional but also friendly and approachable. I would certainly recommend Beach Baker and Ameila Messenger to anyone.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help throughout the process. I really appreciated how smooth and straightforward everything was from start to finish – Amelia you were fantastic to deal with and always professional, friendly, and quick to respond.

I’m really pleased to have secured the role at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and that’s thanks in no small part to your support. I’d happily recommend you and Beach Baker to anyone looking for their next move and wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again in the future.

I would certainly recommend Amelia and Beach Baker Recruitment, your tenacity to interrogate the market opportunities goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Not only did you find me an “off market opportunity” with a firm who were not actively hiring is a sensational feat, but Amelia was clear and concise from the get go, even keeping me updated while she was on holiday. First class service.
