My specialism:

I recruit General Practice Surveyors with a focus on the Midlands and The North.

My approach to recruitment:

I realise that different clients have different needs for their business, so I like to take a tailored approach to recruitment. Understanding companies needs and their vision for the future helps me to ensure I find the candidate that is exactly the right fit for them.

Clients that I work with:

I recruit for a wide range of property and real estate organisations, including global and independent consultancies, property companies, developers, family trusts, corporations, and institutions such as universities and charities that own real estate.

What keeps me motivated:

I’m passionate about helping people find their dream jobs in the property and real estate industry. If you’re looking for a new challenge, I’d love to connect with you and discuss your career goals.

What I do differently:

I am process driven. I have quite a structured way of working, particularly when searching for talent in the market. This helps me ensure that I have done a full 360 search of the market and not missed any possible candidates.

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

My family. We enjoy the outdoors and eating out.

My favourite food:

Indian food of all varieties and descriptions. I enjoy making it myself and sampling it at restaurants.

My favourite eatery:

Ron Gastrobar- Amsterdam. Amazing soft-shell crab and incredible deserts.

My favourite book:

Wind In The Willows. A childhood favourite and an absolute classic.

My favourite travel destination:

Anywhere near the sea. New Zealand is somewhere I really enjoyed and having family there is a lovely reason to visit again in the future.

Not many people know about me:

I have been living and working abroad for the last 13 years in the Netherlands and US.
