2008

Beach Baker launches as a specialist Property recruitment firm in Bristol, founded by Rupert Stuart-Baker and Fred Hicks Beach.

Our Town Planning recruitment division is established.

2010

Expanded to service our clients in Leeds, Manchester and Northern England.

2011

London service launched to partner with our dynamic clients in London & the South East.

Bristol office establishes the Building Surveying, Project Management and Quantity Surveying division, led by Matthew Clackson.

2012

Fee revenue for the first time surpasses £1 million per annum.

Began sponsoring the Charity BPAA Boules tournament as the main sponsor.

2013

Client base expands with a number of global Real Estate and Town Planning consultancies signing preferred supplier agreements.

Leanne Stagg joins as Office Manager.

2015

Queen Square office opens.

Raised £675 for The Children's Trust through competing in the JLL Property Triathlon.

Marie Skuce joins the team as Senior Consultant.

2016

Fee Revenue exceeds £1.5 million per annum for the first time.

Over £2,000 raised for Great Western & London Air Ambulance.

2019

Birmingham offering launched to service clients in the Midlands.

Bristol paddle boarding SUP winners.

2020

New head office opens in Bristol with the wellbeing of the team in mind.

Re-structure of the company, with Rupert Stuart-Baker becoming Managing Director.

2021

Core values updated to re-focus on integrity, teamwork & wellbeing.

Dan Cole joins the team as Managing Consultant for Town Planning & Rural.

BPPA Boules plate winners 2021.

Accepted into APSCo.

2022

Retained search and digital marketing service is officially launched.

Matthew Clackson promoted to Director.

Awarded APSCo Gold Certification for recruitment standards.
