My specialism:

Recruiting within the property market, specifically General Practice Surveyors with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors qualification. I also deliver retained search campaigns for senior, niche, or time sensitive positions.

I recruit for global and independent property and real estate consultancies, property companies, developers, family trusts, corporates and institutions such as universities, or charities with property holdings. 

What keeps me motivated:

The satisfaction of creating a new opportunity for someone, which they genuinely appreciate is very motivating especially if it’s an off-market piece of recruitment.

My work style:

I believe in a positive work culture with a focus on collaboration and learning from each other. 

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

My young children mainly! I also play tennis at my local club, go to the gym and paddle board occasional. I also enjoy films and listening to podcasts!

My approach to recruitment:

I like to understand and listen to clients and I welcome an honest, open conversation. My approach to recruitment centres on my network of contacts and knowledge of the sector.
