University of Reading - Campus Development Project Manager

Beach Baker is delighted to be working in partnership with University of Reading to recruit a Campus Development Project Manager (Minor and Intermediate Works), within the Estates Directorate.

The role involves managing and delivering a variety of complex repair and refurbishment projects from inception to handover both from reactive maintenance requests, a planned programme of replacements and building fabric improvements both from the Forward Maintenance Plan and the University’s Capital Improvements Programme.
