My specialism:

I specialise in placing candidates within the Town planning sector, both client side and private practice. I also deliver retained search campaigns for senior, niche, or time sensitive positions. 

Clients that I work with:

I mainly recruit for consultancies and client-side organisations – these range from large firms to smaller independent practices, even those consisting of 1-2 people looking to expand.

What keeps me motivated:

For me, the most important thing inside and outside of work is connecting with people from all walks of life. I’m driven by all opportunities to positively influence someone’s working life, whether that be elevating their current position or placing them on their first steps towards their career journey.

My approach to recruitment:

I take my time to listen to what people want, and always in put in the time to accurately research the fit between client and candidate in terms of duties, workplace culture and benefits. I’m a big fan of honesty and transparency, and I believe this really helps in recruitment as this is a key part of what the job market currently needs.

Additionally, I have a passion for having a healthy work life balance and a workplace culture that is centred on wellbeing, collaboration and have often found this is where success is founded.

What I do differently:

I always try to see things from someone else’s point of view and believe there is always something I can learn from others, no matter how different we may be.

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

I love to keep active with any spare time I have, mainly with the gym, golf and long walks. I have a busy social life so I’m always spending time with friends and family, and also have a passion for movies, but find you can’t beat a good series.

My favourite food:

Anything involving pasta.

My favourite eatery:

There’s too many to choose from, but you can’t go wrong with Aqua, or five guys.

My favourite film, or book:

Limitless.

My favourite drink:

Expresso Martini.

My favourite travel destinations:

Anywhere with sun and heat, my go to is Valencia in Spain.

Not many people know this about me:

I’m an experienced guitar player and martial artist in Tae-kwon-do and Kick Boxing.
