My specialism:
Keeping everything running smoothly. Being organised is my life, not to the point of being annoying (I hope) but if I’m going to do a job, it may as well be done properly, nothing half-hearted over here.
Passionate about driving operational success, I ensure that business processes run smoothly and efficiently. With extensive experience in administration, IT support, marketing, and finance, I work closely with leadership teams to enhance company performance and create a positive work environment.
My approach to office management:
Originally from a customer service background, I strongly believe in great service—for clients and colleagues alike. I like to think of myself as a swan: calm and collected on the surface but always busy working away on something behind the scenes and ready to help at the drop of a hat. Recognised as a proactive problem solver, I love to find the most efficient way to complete tasks and embrace challenges. If I can’t do it, I’ll find a way! My colleagues value my ability to streamline processes, enhance team motivation, and provide insightful business solutions.
What keeps me motivated:
Helping my team achieve their goals! If I can help, I will, and if there is a problem, I will solve it, or help you come to terms with it if there is no solution.
What I do differently:
I’m quite empathetic so always try to understand how people feel, it might not be something that is important to me but if it is to my colleagues or clients I will listen and help where I can.
What keeps me busy at the weekend:
So many things! Arts and crafts, gardening, decorating our home, growing vegetables, cooking, planning our next adventure, the list is endless! Anything creative makes me happy!
My favourite food:
Thai! All day everyday if I could, however i have really got into Korean food after a trip around South Korea.
My favourite eatery:
Sounds a bit odd but I don’t really have one, there are just so many restaurants in Bristol I can’t even find the time to visit them all to find out! My lunch go to is Aya Sushi and a Matcha iced tea from Jo's Tea.
My favourite book/film:
Hard to choose! Probably; Girl with the dragon tattoo (trilogy), and Bride Stripped Bare (for a pick up now and again kind of read). And one of my favourite films has to be Jurassic Park.
My favourite drink:
Lemon Shake (Blended ice and lemon) / Matcha Iced Tea.
My favourite travel destination:
Thailand (Long Haul), Europe (Short Haul)
Not many people know this about me:
I’m a Smurf, a massive K-drama fan and have recently joined my local Brazillian Jiu Jitsu gym.
