My approach to Recruitment:
I believe that building solid and mutually beneficial and lasting relationships is key. My key strengths have always been my ability to listen, understand, learn and deliver a consultative approach to the individual needs of the clients and candidates I work with. Honesty and integrity are fundamental to everything I do.
What keeps me motivated:
I am passionate about making a difference and helping people further their career aspirations. I love seeing people grow and develop and I’m always happy to offer impartial honest advise and guidance when required.
What I do differently:
I take time to really understand my clients and candidates so I can ensure when making introductions that they are on the mark. I don’t believe in throwing mud at a wall and hoping something sticks
What keeps me busy at the weekend:
I have 2 children age 7 & 8 so my time is always taken up with them. I generally always building some sort of flat pack, building lego or going on adventures.
My favourite food:
Asian food or something similar would always be my first go to options.
My favourite eatery:
Now this is a tricky question as I really like to try as many new places as I can. The Ivy has always been a great place and never failed to deliver.
My favourite book/film:
As I’ve just been to see Wonka with the kids I’d have to say this is my movie of the moment. It’s a West End play waiting to happen.
My favourite drink:
A pink G&T is always my favourite tipple and isn’t too heavy on the calories.
My favourite travel destination:
Anywhere where the sun shines but I do love Australia.
Not many people know this about me:
I have a phobia about baked beans have sky dived in Australia twice.
