Having worked through Beach Baker, as a potential employee and in a Client role. I have been placed in two roles by them, mainly dealing with Matthew Clackson. He is very calm and professional, focused in his approach and straight to the point, not promising too much but delivering on what he suggests. In a Client role, I found this approach was very similar, however the candidates put forward were of a higher caliber and more of a good fit for the roles, than other agencies that we approached.

Therefore, if I require a position or staff members in the future, I will call Mathew first before any other agencies, which I what I recently did before my recent placement.
