- Main point of contact for building surveying, therefore an integral part of the business from day one and part of the SLT. You will be instrumental in ensuring that collectively the business achieves their 5 year plan.
- Heavily investing in building surveying services, you will be pivotal in shaping a new emerging team of Building Surveyors, to be part of a much larger National BS team.
- This role will see you and your team delivering exciting projects across a range of sectors to include heritage, education, healthcare, commercial, central government, defence and retail.

Candidate:
You will be MRICS or MCIOB qualified with between 7 - 10 years PQE under your belt. You will be driven, ambitious and a good all rounder. Looking to get stuck in and make your mark in a business that is collaborative and inclusive.
