The Role:
In this role, you'll provide bespoke property valuation advice across various sectors, including:
- Lenders
- Funds
- Property companies
- Private individuals
- Public sector
Your advice will be based on real-time market conditions, empowering clients to make informed investment decisions. Collaboration is key, and you'll benefit from the knowledge and expertise of a large national team, as well as access to:
- The latest market data
- Advanced report writing technology
You'll be responsible for valuations in various sectors, including:
- Secured lending
- Portfolio valuations (major clients)
- Office, industrial, and retail sectors
- Niche assets (residential, HMOs, PBSA, and mixed-use developments)
Responsibilities:
- Provide valuation advice for key financial lenders across various property types.
- Complete Red Book valuation reports.
- Deliver exceptional valuation appraisals within the region.
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external advisors.
Qualifications:
- Property degree and RICS membership
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Proven experience with Red Book commercial valuations
- Ability to manage client expectations professionally
- Strong technical skills, confidence, numeracy, and literacy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
