Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuations across various property types, including commercial and residential.
- Prepare Red Book valuation reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with other teams within the company.
Who We Are Looking For:
- MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer with proven Red Book valuation experience.
- A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- The ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
