Beach Baker is assisting a well established Planning Consultancy with an office in Kent to secure a Senior Planner after a highly successful period of winning new business.

The Role
This role will involve working on projects across multiple sectors, including Residential, Strategic Land Promotion, Care/Extra-Car/Retirement, Mixed Use and Commercial.
Essential Criteria
- MRTPI
- Experience of either Private Sector Consultancy Experience or experience of working within an LPA
- A natural ability to communicate.
- A solid understanding of the planning system.
- Driving License
