About the Role:
We are seeking a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join our thriving team and help us meet the increasing demand for our services. You'll play a key role in providing market-leading advice to a diverse range of clients, including landowners, developers, and banks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Red Book Valuations for residential and development properties.
- Participate in business development activities, including attending meetings and events.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
- Experience in preparing Red Book Valuations (residential & development property) a plus.
- Full UK driving license.
