Our client is a leading firm of chartered surveyors, based in Bristol.

The opportunity

We are actively seeking experienced valuers and lease advisory surveyors who possess a genuine passion for the leisure and hospitality property sectors.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering valuation and advisory services for a wide range of leisure and hospitality properties. We have opportunities available in both the valuation and lease advisory fields.

While prior experience in the leisure and hospitality property sector is preferred, it is not essential.

The team of professionals boasts extensive expertise and industry knowledge, and they will provide support and training as needed.

However, a strong personal interest in this exciting and specialised sector is a must, and we actively encourage candidates to enhance their sector knowledge through hands-on customer experiences.

In these roles, you will work closely with existing clients and actively engage in networking activities, both independently and with your colleagues, to cultivate new relationships and opportunities.

The candidate

The successful candidate must be personable, highly motivated, keen to provide a high quality of professional and client service, able to demonstrate initiative to work well independently and within a team. Experience and skills required include:

  • MRICS, with a minimum 3 years PQE
  • Registered Valuer status & Red Book valuation experience
  • Good report preparation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to analyse and work through challenges
  • Comfortable speaking to and dealing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
  • Desire to visit all forms of leisure & hospitality property
  • Driving licence and driving experience
  • Adaptable, client focused, Self- motivated and able to use initiative
