A highly successful international property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Lease Consultancy Surveyor to cover the South of UK and work out of their Bristol office on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities:-
- Manage a portfolio of national clients across the southern region.
- Analyse and summarise lease agreements.
- Conduct property inspections and measurements.
- Prepare pre-negotiation reports for advisory services, compiling relevant evidence.
- Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, and re-gears on behalf of clients (landlords or tenants depending on the situation).
- Generate reports for third-party referrals.
- Draft key terms for lease renewals.
- Oversee the progress of lease renewals by collaborating with appointed solicitors.
- Provide support to senior colleagues as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts.

Candidate:
