Your Responsibilities:
- Project management of infrastructure initiatives from inception to completion
- Providing expert land consultancy advice to clients
- Negotiating with landowners and managing public inquiries
- Supporting wider business projects and mentoring junior team members
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications preferred
- Proven project management expertise
- Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and networking skills
