Beach Baker is proud to be working alongside one of the major global consultancies who are looking to recruit for a Head of Planning position in Bristol.
The Company
Our client has one of the most reputable names within the Property and Real Estate industry. As a global multi-disciplinary consultancy, they possess impressive levels of resources and market intelligence, with an established national, international and regional client base that spans across both public and private sectors.
The Role
As you will be heading up the Town Planning division, you will be working closely with the other established branch locations throughout the UK, and will be integral to driving the Planning and Development business across the region.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating and delivering strategic business plans for the Planning and Development team
- Continue to build upon a strong project portfolio and client base by utilising key contacts
- Represent the office and team within the market to enable clients to successfully meet their investment and operational goals.
Essential
To be considered for this position, you will need the following:
- Town Planning related degree
- Full MRTPI
- Around 10 years experience within the Town Planning private sector
- A proven track record of successful Business Development
Desirable:
- A network of contacts
- Experience within the Southwest Town Planning market
