Role: Head of Office / Director of Commercial Agency

Location: South Wales

Salary: up to £60,000 + Car allowance + Bonus + Benefits

The position

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join and head-up a well-established and privately owned firm of Chartered Surveyors operating across South Wales.

We are instructed to look for an experienced, personable, and driven individual to join the business in a crucial leadership role to provide further strategic direction and new business development to the practice.

The company fosters a collaborative and best-practice culture, where knowledge and expertise are readily shared.

The candidate

You'll need to have proven track record of success within the commercial property market and have a strong network of established connections within the industry. Furthermore the following would be expected from the successful candidates

  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • Client focused entrepreneurial drive.
  • Extensive experience in new business development and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Skills & qualifications required:

  • RICS qualified General Practice Surveyor with a RICS degree
  • Technically competent, confident, numerate, and literate.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational & time management skills
  • Good at building relationships
