Job Description

Do you live in South Wales and have a long commute? Are you part of a large BS team and not progressing? Do you have the experience and contacts to manage a department?

Role Features:

  • Small independent consultancy.
  • Office based in the City Centre.
  • Successful candidate will be the first Building Surveyor in the business and part of a wider office of 20 staff.
  • Working with a mix of Residential and Commercial buildings.

Employee Benefits:

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be MRICS, although non-chartered with good experience will be considered from a consultancy, client-side or public sector background.
