As a recruitment consultancy, Beach Baker has a responsibility to ensure that we not only have a diverse workforce within our own organisation, but also that we provide a range of candidates from all backgrounds to the companies that we work with, regardless of their ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender.
We regularly partner with UWE and other universities to deliver CV and career talks (and also provide ‘aftercare’ to students who would like their CV reviewed) and undertake diversity and inclusion training through APSCo (a “recruitment excellence” membership body). We also have quarterly meetings reflecting on the importance of diversity and inclusion and brainstorm how Beach Baker can facilitate this within the property industry.
