Beach Baker strengthens its London and Bristol presence with two new hires

The property recruitment specialist, Beach Baker, has appointed Jessica Smith and Katrina Wheadon for their London and Bristol offices, signalling an upbeat beginning to 2018. Both consultants will focus on the recruitment of surveyors who are members of the RICS.

Jessica Smith joins the Cost Management team, working alongside Lauren Armstrong, who recruits for Quantity Surveyors for clients such as G&T, CBRE, Core Five and many more privately-owned consultancies and property developers throughout London and the UK.

Jessica commented, “I am excited to have joined Beach Baker to support our Cost Management team, and I am very much looking forward to seeing the department grow in the future. We will be providing a tailored service to both clients and candidates, based on their individual needs.”

Katrina Wheadon joins Matthew Clackson and Daniel St Quintin, placing General Practice Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors throughout the South-West and Midlands region, for clients such as JLL, Faithful and Gould, Savills and many other developers and property companies.
