Beach Baker’s Marie Skuce Enjoys a Creative Networking Evening in London

This week, Marie Skuce from Beach Baker spent an inspiring day in London meeting talented candidates before rounding off the evening with a truly unique networking experience. Hosted by WIP & Humanscale at their stylish showroom on St John Street, the event combined creativity, relaxation, and connection in a festive atmosphere.

Attendees were invited to design and craft their own one-of-a-kind polymer clay earrings, guided by Alice from Ninine. The session was perfect for beginners and seasoned creatives alike, with Alice providing step-by-step instructions and plenty of encouragement. All materials were supplied, including hypoallergenic components, so participants could focus on unleashing their creativity.

The evening unfolded in three parts:

• 6:00pm – 7:00pm: Designing bespoke jewellery pieces.
• 7:00pm – 8:00pm: Networking over drinks and nibbles.
• 8:00pm – 9:00pm: Assembling the handcrafted jewellery.

The relaxed setting encouraged conversation and collaboration, making it an ideal opportunity to connect with professionals from diverse backgrounds while enjoying a hands-on creative activity.
