The Beach Baker team enjoyed a fantastic afternoon of networking and friendly competition at this year's Bristol Property Agents Association (BPAA) Boules Tournament, held at the beautiful Goldney Hall.
Representing Beach Baker, Dan Rupert and Matt joined more than 50 teams from across the South West property market for one of the region's most popular industry networking events.
This year marked a change for Beach Baker, as it was the first time the business attended the tournament as participants rather than sponsors, providing a great opportunity to focus on reconnecting with clients, candidates and industry contacts from across the property sector.
Despite arriving with networking as the primary objective, Dan and Matt quickly found themselves enjoying a successful run in the competition, progressing all the way to the semi-finals before their title challenge came to an end.
Congratulations go to the eventual winners, Cushman & Wakefield and Stantec, who claimed victory after an entertaining afternoon of competition.
The event once again highlighted the strength of Bristol's property community, bringing together professionals from a wide range of organisations including Jones Hargreaves, Lambert Smith Hampton, JLL, Ashfords, TLT, Sanderson Weatherall and many others.

Events such as the BPAA Boules Tournament continue to play an important role in building and strengthening relationships across the regional property market. It was fantastic to catch up with so many familiar faces, make new connections, and enjoy some healthy competition along the way.
We're already looking forward to returning next year and seeing if we can go one step further.
