Key Responsibilities
- Prepare valuation reports for financing, acquisition, disposal, and financial reporting.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support valuation conclusions.
- Inspect industrial and logistics properties to gather key information.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate on complex valuation projects with senior team members.
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes.
- Use Argus Enterprise and other tools for financial modelling and DCF analysis.
- Support business development and assist with proposals and presentations.
Qualifications
- Degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Registered Valuer with experience in commercial property valuation (industrial/logistics preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ideally experienced with Argus Enterprise and familiar with Argus Developer.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
