🔍 The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Office, you will:
- Undertake property inspections, due diligence and market research
- Deliver RICS-compliant valuation reports across retail, office, industrial and residential sectors
- Provide high-quality advisory services to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in business development activities and identifying new opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver integrated services
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with RICS standards and best practice
✅ About You:
- MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
- Strong experience within a valuation role in private practice
- Proven ability across commercial and/or residential valuations
- Strong understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Demonstrable experience in client relationship management and business development
- Full UK driving licence
