🔍 The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will:
- Deliver RICS-compliant valuations across commercial and mixed-use assets
- Undertake inspections, due diligence and market analysis
- Provide strategic advice to a growing client base
- Drive business development activity in the Bristol and wider South West market
- Support the growth of a broader general practice service offering
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business
- Mentor and support future hires as the team grows
✅ About You
- MRICS qualified & RICS Registered Valuer
- Circa 5+ years PQE within a private practice environment
- Proven experience delivering commercial valuations
- Strong client-facing and business development capability
- Ambition to take on greater responsibility and leadership
- A desire to play a key role in growing a regional business
- Full UK driving licence
