This role offers exposure to major institutional investors, lenders, and developers, delivering valuations on prime office and retail assets. You'll work on landmark projects within a collaborative environment that prioritises career progression and professional development.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: RICS-accredited degree in Real Estate or similar
- Professional Status: MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer
- Strong understanding of commercial property markets, with a passion for office and retail sectors
- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills, producing valuations to the highest standard
- Previous experience in business space valuations is highly desirable
