Valuation Surveyor

Exeter - South West

A leading multidisciplinary practice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a MRICS Valuation Surveyor to be based in their Exeter office.

My client works for a varied client base, from private individuals, SME's, and regional and national clients providing a broad range of Valuations including Secured Lending, Pension, Tax, Asset and Acquisition valuations.

They undertake valuations on a range of property types including commercial, residential, development, leisure and trading.


Skills /Qualifications Required:

  1. RICS, 2+ years PQE
  2. RICS Registered Valuer
  3. Proven red book trading valuation experience essential.
  4. Can work as part of a team or on own initiative.
  5. Self-starter and able to communicate at all levels.
  6. High level of professionalism.
  7. Ability to professionally manage banks and occupier expectations
  8. Technically competent, confident, numerate, and literate.
