Role Summary
- Conduct loan security and regulated purpose valuations for diverse clients.
- Maintain a strong profile in the Bristol market to ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform valuations on commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients.
- Lead and mentor junior surveyors.
- Support professional development through training and guidance.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships.
Qualifications:
- Degree-level Real Estate qualification (RICS accredited).
- Membership of RICS with at least 5 years' experience.
- RICS Registered Valuer.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Resilience under pressure, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
- Fluent with Microsoft packages and relevant IT software, including ARGUS.
- Proven track record in commercial valuation work for secured and non-secured lending clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, positive attitude, and high professionalism.
- Valid driving licence.
