Job Description

Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with an dynamic property consultancy's valuation team in Bristol to recruit a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate level RICS Registered Valuer.


We are looking for a switched on candidate to join the team and help to expand the commercial valuations business, build client relationships, and support team growth.

The role:

  • Provide valuations for loan security, internal decision-making, tax, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct inspections, calculate areas, perform research, and prepare valuations/appraisals.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the Commercial valuation sector.
  • Assist in delivering major projects and client reporting.
  • Deliver valuation reports in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient internal systems and processes.

  • Industrial, offices, retail, and educational sector properties
  • Specialist property valuations

Skills & Qualifications :

  • MRICS with post-qualification experience
  • RICS registered valuer
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and RICS Rules of Conduct
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Competent with MS Office and ARGUS software
  • Full UK driving license
