Role Summary

  • Conduct loan security and regulated purpose valuations for diverse clients.
  • Maintain a strong profile in the Bristol market to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Perform valuations on commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients.
  • Lead and mentor junior surveyors.
  • Support professional development through training and guidance.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships.


  • Degree-level Real Estate qualification (RICS accredited).
  • Membership of RICS with at least 5 years' experience.
  • RICS Registered Valuer.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Resilience under pressure, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent with Microsoft packages and relevant IT software, including ARGUS.
  • Proven track record in commercial valuation work for secured and non-secured lending clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and high professionalism.
  • Valid driving licence.
