Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of secured lending instructions, our client is now looking to appoint an experienced Valuation Auditing Manager due to impending retirement.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a flexible, high-trust role, ideal for someone looking to move away from full fee-earning while remaining closely involved in high-quality valuation work.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for auditing a range of secured lending valuation reports across residential, commercial, and development assets.
The business operates in a fast-paced lending environment, working with a well-established panel of brokers and lenders, where accuracy, consistency, and turnaround are critical.
You'll work alongside an experienced valuation and compliance team, with full administrative support and access to systems and processes already in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit valuation reports (typically 15-35 per month)
- Ensure compliance with RICS Red Book and lender requirements
- Provide technical feedback and maintain quality standards
- Support risk management and consistency across reports
- Work independently, managing your own time and workload

About you
- MRICS / FRICS and RICS Registered Valuer
- Typically 7+ years PQE
- Strong background in secured lending valuations
- Comfortable reviewing a mix of commercial and residential work
- High attention to detail and confidence working autonomously

- Open to part-time PAYE or consultancy arrangements
- Competitive per instruction rate / salary (depending on structure)
