I am looking to speak to experienced Transition Leads for an exciting Account role, embedded into a large financial services client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Real Estate market leader.
This role is to develop a Transition to Readiness framework for onboarding new accounts, covering all key phases, discovery set up, test and go-live.
You will not be afraid to identity the common risks and challenges that need to be mitigated, and then develop the acceptance criteria for the framework.
Provide regular communication on status to all key stakeholders, resolving issues, documenting risks and developing contingency plans.
You will have experience of managing change, identifying risks, managing challenges by influencing internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have strong planning skills, be an excellent communicator, understand all aspects of service delivery
Be used to working in a diverse environment and proven risk management experience
