The Role: As a Planning Director, you will play a pivotal role in the Manchester office, driving business development, leading high-profile projects, and mentoring a team of talented junior planners. You will work in tandem with other Directors, spearheading the planning business in Manchester and ensuring the continued success and growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage: Oversee major projects, delivering successful planning consents, and co-managing a team.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's project portfolio.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the existing Directors to lead the Manchester Planning division, driving innovation and excellence.
