Are you an MRTPI Planner or Senior Planner looking for a new role in London?

Beach Baker have been enlisted to recruit an MRTPI Planner or Senior Planner on behalf of a hugely successful and ambitious organisation with a national network of offices.

You will be joining a multi-disciplinary and close-knit team in their central London office, where planning is one of the key disciplines. The firm have a really impressive client base of local and national housebuilders, developers, landowners, property companies and government and public-sector organisations, and you will primarily work on medium to large-scale sites in London and the wider South-East.

The successful candidate will be MRTPI and ideally at / operating at Senior Planner level. You should have a good understanding of local, regional and national planning policy and experience in preparing and submitting planning applications for large-scale sites. Consultancy experience would be advantageous, but we can also consider applications from those who have worked in DM in the public sector.

In terms of remuneration, on offer is a competitive base salary (flexible and dependent on experience), profit share scheme, pension scheme, life assurance, eye tests, company laptop, paid subscriptions and a range of other flexible benefits (including holiday buy and sell, cycle to work, corporate gym membership etc) and flexible working (ideally 3 days in the office, 2 from home).
