Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Town Planner to join one of the UK's leading planning consultancies to be based in their Manchester office.

We are looking for MRTPI qualified candidates with North West based consultancy experience, operating at either Planner level or possibly a strong Assistant Planner looking for a step up. There is fantastic support available and a progressive environment to ensure you are personally developing and having great client exposure.

This role offers the opportunity to be working with an established client base across the North West including large, high profile developers, property companies, land owners and blue-chip organisations. The project work will be varied as the team cover residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail, and office work as well as some environmental schemes. The work is development management led and includes large scale projects. For this role, we are ideally seeking a 'generalist' in terms of project experience.

Candidates will be client facing, have excellent time management and project management skills with strong attention to detail and report writing ability.

You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary and benefits package, bonus scheme and great progression. This firm is seen as one of the leaders in the industry so a great name to have on your CV.

To apply or for a confidential discussion, please contact Ruth Hoggett. We aim to get back to all applications; however, due to the volume of applications we receive, we aren't always able to do so. If you have not received a response within 4-5 working days, please assume your application has been unsuccessful this time round. We will confidentially retain your details and inform you of any other suitable opportunities arising should you not be successful in this role.
