A great opportunity has arisen in the Student Accommodation space for a Junior Systems Support Analyst.
This role has the responsibility for providing support to the user community and wider business systems users.
This role covers incident management, data entry, configuration, system enhancements and testing.
You will provide service desk support, track and monitor incident resolution, and work with technology partners
Define business requirements and process specifications
Perform data entry
You will have good analytical skills and be a problem solver
Have experience of data set-up and configuration would be desirable, as would be the understanding of ITIL practices.
