Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
The Surveyor/Senior Surveyor will manage selected properties under the guidance of the Regional Director, who oversees the client relationships. Responsibilities include all day-to-day management and reporting on properties or clients, service delivery, occupier liaison, service charge management, and overseeing compliance.

Job description:

  • Partner with the Building Consultancy Team to support planned works, commission long-term asset replacement plans, permit to work systems, and monitor proactive property management.
  • Oversee statutory and internal compliance, instruct audits, align with service partners for control documents, and ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Authorize and review supplier payments, prepare funding requests, and provide due diligence support for client property purchases.
  • Read, review, and manage leases and documents to ensure occupier compliance with obligations and expectations.
  • Work in a team aligned with our core values and engage with occupiers to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including compliance with TUPE requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
