Surveyor - Public Sector Advisory

Location: Leeds (national project exposure)
Full-time | Strategic Consulting | Public Sector Clients

We're seeking a motivated Surveyor to join a national Public Sector Advisory team supporting government departments, local authorities, universities and health trusts with major estate strategy and transformational change projects. This is a role for someone who wants to blend property expertise with strategic consultancy and make a real impact on public services.

The Role

  • Support Partners and senior consultants on strategic estate, development and transformation projects
  • Analyse property, financial and organisational data to shape recommendations
  • Contribute to business cases, reports, sales programmes and development agreements
  • Work closely with teams across Leeds, Manchester and London
  • Engage directly with clients, helping them navigate organisational change
  • Gain exposure to projects such as office accommodation strategies and university partnerships

About You

  • Strong problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident analysing data and producing well‑reasoned reports
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable supporting clients through change
  • Experience in development agreements, nominations or lettings is helpful but not essential
  • Open to surveyors, graduates or candidates from related analytical fields
  • UK driving licence desirable
