Salary: £45,000- £50,000 plus car allowance and bonus
My client is a prominent and dynamic commercial real estate consultancy with offices across the UK. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a broad range of clients, from property developers and investors to large corporations and family-run businesses, providing diverse and exciting experiences.
This Manchester based Commercial Property Management team is currently seeking a Senior Surveyor with a pro-active approach and excellent market knowledge. This role reports directly into the Head of Property and Asset Management and has excellent career prospects.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage allocated portfolios.
* Resolve day-to-day property management issues.
* Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and tenants.
* Collaborate with property management accounts and ancillary services to ensure exceptional service to clients.
* Process tenant applications and provide recommendations to clients.
* Participate in tenders and presentations as part of business development efforts.
