What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day‑to‑day management of a mixed commercial property portfolio
- Preparing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Managing rent collection, arrears, lease events and landlord/tenant matters
- Carrying out property inspections and ensuring full compliance
- Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
- Identifying and delivering asset management initiatives
- Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders
- Producing clear, high‑quality client reporting
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members
What They're Looking For
- MRICS qualified
- Experience operating at Senior Surveyor or Associate level, or equivalent
- Confident, professional communicator with strong client‑facing ability
- Commercially minded, organised and proactive
- Ambitious individual keen to contribute to team and wider business growth
- Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
- Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
- Car allowance and excellent benefits package
- Full‑time, Monday-Friday
