Your Role & Impact:
- Cost Management - From feasibility to final accounts
- Procurement & Contract Strategy - Expert advice on JCT & NEC contracts
- Client Relationship Management - Work with a range of stakeholders
- Mentoring & Leadership - Support the growth of junior team members
- Compliance & Best Practice - Ensure project success and industry standards
What We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years+ PQE in Quantity Surveying, ideally in a consultancy setting
- MRICS qualified (or actively working towards it)
- Strong experience with JCT & NEC contracts
- Working knowledge of BCIS is desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
