Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a chartered Senior Planner to join one of the UK's leading planning consultancies to be based in their London office.

We are looking for MRTPI qualified candidates with London based consultancy experience, operating at either Senior Planner level or possibly a strong Planner looking for a step up. There is fantastic support available and a progressive environment to ensure you are personally developing and having great client exposure.

We are looking to fill two roles, both offer the opportunity to be working with an established client base across London and the South East including large, high profile developers and organisations. The first role's project work will be varied as the team cover residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail, and office work. The work is development management led and includes large scale projects. For this role, we are ideally seeking a 'generalist' in terms of project experience but would also consider a specialist in one of these areas if you are keen to expand your repertoire. For the second role we are looking for a Senior Planner to work on strategic projects. We are therefore looking for candidates who are comfortable promoting sites and working on five year land supply, who can additionally demonstrate good policy knowledge in relation to residential/mixed-use schemes.

Candidates will be client facing, have excellent time management and project management skills with strong attention to detail and report writing ability.

You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary and benefits package, bonus scheme and great progression. This firm is seen as one of the leaders in the industry so a great name to have on your CV.

To apply or for a confidential discussion, please contact Ruth Hoggett. We aim to get back to all applications; however, due to the volume of applications we receive, we aren't always able to do so. If you have not received a response within 4-5 working days, please assume your application has been unsuccessful this time round. We will confidentially retain your details and inform you of any other suitable opportunities arising should you not be successful in this role.
