Job Description

A leading international property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to source a new member of the highly respected Commercial Management team based in Bristol. We are seeking ideally a Surveyor, or Senior Surveyor calibre candidate who can help asssist and lead the delivery of management services and progress to Associate quickly. We would also consider anyone with at least 1 year's commercial management experience.

The successful candidate will ideally be a professional member of the RICS with ideally a minimum of 1 years proven experience managing commercial properties to a high standard. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate scalable and consistent added value to client's portfolios.

Skills and knowledge will include up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management and demonstrable technical competence in property management, as well as industry specific packages (e.g. TRAMPS/PM&A).

The successful candidate will likely to possess a few years post-qualification experience and previously worked in property management team, or have a general practice background for a private practice and keen to move into management surveying.

You will have the ability to help inspire and motivate the team as well as be a hard-working, pro-active, determined and persuasive.
