Job Opportunity: Land Agent (MRICS Qualified)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property services firm for a full or part-time (MRICS qualified) Land Agent to join their rural team in the Banbury office. This role is ideal for someone with a thorough understanding of compulsory purchase, property and estate management, agricultural tenancies, valuations, and rural property matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with a wide range of private clients on various rural projects
- Managing client relationships
- Handling a portfolio of instructions related to compensation and compulsory purchase work for landowners and acquiring authorities
Candidate Requirements
- MRICS or AssocRICS status
- 1 to 6 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
- High-quality service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, colleagues, and clients
- Proficient IT and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
