Role Overview

Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Land Agent (MRICS qualified) to join their rural team in the Leicester office. The successful candidate will have a robust background in property and estate management, agricultural tenancies, valuations, and rural property matters. This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow within the company while working on a variety of rural projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a wide range of private clients on diverse rural projects
  • Manage the sale and letting of rural properties
  • Conduct rural property valuations
  • Oversee estate management tasks
  • Handle compensation and compulsory purchase matters for landowners and acquiring authorities

Candidate Requirements

  • MRICS or AssocRICS status, ideally with FAAV
  • A minimum of 3 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
  • RICS Registered Valuer status is desirable but not essential
  • Strong service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, colleagues, and clients
  • Proficient in IT and time management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
