Role Overview
Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Land Agent (MRICS qualified) to join their rural team in the Leicester office. The successful candidate will have a robust background in property and estate management, agricultural tenancies, valuations, and rural property matters. This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow within the company while working on a variety of rural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a wide range of private clients on diverse rural projects
- Manage the sale and letting of rural properties
- Conduct rural property valuations
- Oversee estate management tasks
- Handle compensation and compulsory purchase matters for landowners and acquiring authorities
Candidate Requirements
- MRICS or AssocRICS status, ideally with FAAV
- A minimum of 3 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
- RICS Registered Valuer status is desirable but not essential
- Strong service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, colleagues, and clients
- Proficient in IT and time management
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
