Job Description

An independent property consultancy based in Bristol is currently seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to take operational and strategic responsibility for the Facilities Management delivery across the Northern region. Based out of Manchester, you will have full FM ownership for a small portfolio of commercial, multi tenanted properties. This will include acting as first point of contact for all tenants, onsite staff and contractors. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance and preparation/management of the annual service charge budgets. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, you will assist with the continued growth of the FM business and support with the operation running of the northern retail portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in multi-site management within a property consultancy environment. You will be willing to travel on a regular basis and have the ability to build relationships quickly. Exceptional communication skills are a must, as is the ability to manage budgets and implement new ideas.
