🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key contact for clients, delivering consistently high‑quality valuation advice
- Produce Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, financial reporting and fund/portfolio purposes
- Inspect properties, analyse comparables and undertake detailed valuations
- Prepare high‑quality valuation reports and present findings directly to clients
- Support workflow planning, internal QA processes and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and complementary service lines
- Contribute to business development activities including bids, proposals and RFPs
- Mentor junior colleagues and support their technical development
- Ensure compliance with internal risk, regulatory and professional standards
✅ Person Specification
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or a relevant property discipline
- MRICS (ideally 4+ years PQE) with Registered Valuer status
- Strong understanding of valuation standards, methods and market drivers
- Proficient in ARGUS Enterprise/Developer and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing ability
- Highly organised and comfortable managing a busy, fast‑paced workload
- Works well both independently and as part of a wider team
- Full UK driving licence
