Job Description

You will be involved in a diverse and interesting range of rural consultancy matters including agricultural valuations, landlord and tenant matters, BPS and environmental stewardship, land development and compulsory purchase.

As well as working on existing instructions, you will have an opportunity to identify, secure and deliver new business opportunities and develop new work streams as part of a supportive team network. Training, mentoring and support in growing your skills and role will be readily provided.

Personal requirements

The successful candidate will be MRICS and CAAV qualified with experience in the rural sector, able to provide recommendations to clients based on technical knowledge and experience. You will be a keen networker, confident, resourceful and capable of building and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients. An affinity with and knowledge of farming and the agricultural community is essential.
