Rural Surveyor - North Wiltshire
About the Role
Beach Baker is excited to partner with a leading regional property consultancy to find a talented Rural Surveyor to join their North Wiltshire office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a growing team while developing their own client base and professional reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert landlord and tenant advice, covering both agricultural and commercial properties.
- Advise on rural planning applications, enforcement issues, diversification projects, and LPA matters.
- Conduct valuations for a range of clients, including banks, private individuals, probate, and tax planning purposes.
- Offer guidance on environmental and subsidy matters, including BPS, SFI, CSS, and other relevant grant applications.
- Manage farm and land sales, lettings, and purchases.
- Provide business advice and assist with strategic planning.
- Handle compensation claims and associated negotiations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Ideally, you will be a member of the CAAV and RICS, with relevant experience in rural surveying.
- A full UK driving licence is required, along with a strong desire to succeed and drive your career forward.
- A self-starter with the ability to build and manage a client base independently.
